Decanted briefly from bottle with cork in great shape, still a bit unsaturated and came out whole. Terrific color. Nose mostly sweet acid. On the palate, broad swath of earth and leaves with a touch of bitterness on the end that faded over dinner. Couldn't ask for a better showing on this birthday wine for my brother's 60th, very belated.
