Here too here is a whiff of mineral reduction lurking in the background of the slightly riper aromas of white orchard fruit, especially white peach, along with acacia blossom and lemon-lime wisps. There is a bit more underlying tension to the racy and almost painfully intense medium weight flavors that seem to be extracted from liquid rock, all wrapped in a youthfully austere, chiseled and bone-dry finale. This is old school white Burgundy that is presently very tightly wound.
