Beautiful abundant ripe citrus, tangerine, in particular, and white fruits against perfect acidity. The oak is pronounced. This has more fruit, oak, and tannins and less tension compared to La Rencontre. More tannins emerge at the finish, and yes, the 2022 Bonin whites are tannic wines. Needs time to integrate the oak. I prefer La Rencontre today.
