Perrot Minot
With a winemaking heritage spanning 12 generations, the Perrot Minot estate embodies centuries of dedication to the art of viticulture. In 1993, Christophe Perrot-Minot took the helm, entrusted with continuing this exceptional legacy. Through his expertise and unwavering passion, Christophe has elevated the family's winemaking tradition, establishing Perrot Minot as one of Burgundy's brightest rising stars over the past decade. Today, the estate is ranked among Burgundy's elite, alongside iconic names like Armand Rousseau and Roumier, and consistently earns high praise from renowned Burgundy critic Allen Meadows.
The estate spans over 8 hectares of prestigious vineyards, stretching from Nuits Saint Georges to Gevrey Chambertin. Committed to crafting wines of exceptional texture, vibrancy, authenticity, and balance, Perrot-Minot has embraced organic farming as a natural evolution of its philosophy.
Whether from estate-owned vineyards or trusted growers, Christophe and his team meticulously oversee every detail to ensure only the finest grapes are used. Production remains intentionally limited, with flagship wines like Chambertin Grand Cru produced in quantities of just a few hundred to a thousand bottles.
This philosophy of low yields and uncompromising quality extends across all their Grand Cru offerings, including Chapelle Chambertin, Charmes Chambertin, Griotte Chambertin, and Mazoyeres Chambertin. Each wine reflects the purity, elegance, and balance of its terroir, showcasing the mastery and artistry of Perrot Minot.
