Vincent Dancer's wines are fermented using wild yeasts and aged in oak barrels for approximately 18 months, without fining or filtration prior to bottling. It results in Chardonnays that are vibrant, pure, and rich in minerality. From Chassagne Montrachet to Meursault, Vincent Dancer's wines faithfully represent Burgundy's terroir. Among their stellar lineup, the Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru and Meursault Perrieres 1er Cru shine as the winery's crowning jewels. Notably, the Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru dazzles with its intricate tapestry of luscious hazelnut, toasted almond, velvety vanilla, golden honey, and a mineral essence that speaks of the land itself.

The exceptional quality of their wines, coupled with limited production, has quickly elevated Domaine Vincent Dancer to the forefront of the region. In 2020, Vincent Dancer passed the Domaine to his son, Theo Dancer. As the young talent takes the reins, he continues to uphold the Domaine's high standards and unique style while also innovating in cultivation and winemaking, as well as expanding their wine offerings.
