After taking over the estate from his grandparents in 1981 at a young age, Denis Bachelet revitalized it by focusing on quality over quantity. Denis Bachelet's vision centres on authenticity and the expression of terroir. Grapes are entirely destemmed and fermented using natural yeasts, with a cold maceration period of up to eight days to enhance depth and complexity.
