An expressive and attractively cool nose offers up perfumed notes black cherry and raspberry, earth, floral and discreet spice and green leaf elements. The mid-palate impression of the middle weight flavors is attractively textured with excellent volume while possessing plenty of the hallmark minerality suffusing the sleek, refined and gorgeously long if markedly firm, youthfully austere and ever-so-slightly lean finish. This linear effort will need extended cellaring to further flesh out as it's presently quite compact.
