Arnaud Ente's 2022 Bourgogne Chardonnay is a charming rendition that has turned out nicely, opening in the glass with aromas of pear, freshly baked bread and lemon peel. The wine is medium- to full-bodied, ample and textural, laden with ripe yet vibrant acids, and it concludes with a precise, chalky finish. As ever, the Bourgogne Chardonnay is derived from four parcels—two older-vine plots in Puligny-Montrachet and two young-vine sites in Meursault—harvested and vinified separately before blending after their year in glass.
