Aroma: Dried fruits, chocolate, leather. Very bright fruity aroma, sherry barrel, cloves, raisins and citrus fruits are well felt. Taste: Rich, bright, fruity. Very obviously dark chocolate, ripe plum, caramel, sherry, persimmon, berry jam. Next come spices and a light spicy bitterness. Very powerful and slick. Finish: Long, warm, lots of dried fruit, mango, dates and of course warm oak tannins. The finish is very dense and layered.
