A superbly elegant, cool and airy nose somewhat reticently offers up its perfumed array of white orchard fruit, lemon zest, acacia blossom and crushed fennel. The beautifully textured and dense medium-bodied flavors exude a subtle minerality that adds a sense of lift to the wonderfully persistent and beautifully well-balanced finale. This is stunningly good for its level and highly recommended though note well that it's very much built for extended cellaring. If you can find it, don't hesitate.
