Wow, what a treat. Opened for a special celebration and did not disappoint. Lots of bubbles which persisted for +15 min. Striking golden colour. Lime, honey, lemons, truffle. Surprised how crisp the citrus notes were for this 36 years old one. I will remember this one for a while.
