Pale copper with pink tint. Prominent aging/lees on nose, more yeast and less wood than expected. Solid flavour, rich yammy figs / walnuts / roasted almonds, brioche and brandy, almost caramel/syrup and ever so slight honey. Fruits appear now & then. Good stuff, brings with it a renewed personal renaissance for both Bollinger and rosé champagne.
