Light ruby. Amazing red fruit gum nose that smacks of glycerin, red currant jelly, plums and truffle/leather notes. Only medium to light bodied now but still lovely presence, power and persistence like a Dujac Clos St. Denis but with all those exotic Lafleur scents. Just such an amazing terroir that year after year makes such stunning wines. More exciting than Petrus in many years...
