Ripe but appealingly fresh aromas reflect notes of cassis, newly turned earth and plum coulis. The succulent, round and velvety big-bodied flavors possess excellent mid-palate density while the sappy dry extract coats the mouth on the impressively powerful and hugely long finish. This will need to develop better depth to merit the upper-end of my projected range, but the potential is there.
