Sweet wine, but with silky lightness at this stage of its evolution with startling concentration of flavours. Very long aftertaste, refreshing and delectable. With ageing it will sure gain more complexity other than the fruity aromas, but it is very difficult to resist now. Great balance of sweetness and acidity. Impecable young auslese! Tasted together with Donnhof's Niederhauser Hermansshohle Auslese from Nahe from the same vintage and differences were imperceptible.
