This is fairly dark in colour -- which seems to be par for the course for 2006 white Burgundies. The nose doesn't display the classic Roulot reduction (from what I remember that didn't happen until a few years later anyway), but instead you get some stone fruits (a touch of apricot the most dominant here), as well as a slight hint of browning. There's a minor tinge of caramel here as well. The palate, for me, is much fresher, and there is a lot of mineral brightness here. Lovely acidity, with the fruit showing more white on the palate than on the nose.
