Popped and poured. Some musty and pre-maturely earthy aromas to start in front on black fruit with plenty of oak spice. More interesting flavors with dense black fruit, somewhat backward, dense and somewhat brooding. This didn't change much in glass over approximately one hour, but it would have been more interesting to revisit this once open 3 or 4 hours.
