I hadn't tried this since 1999 and while it was once a great wine in the context of the vintage, like many '91 whites today it is tiring though by no means uninteresting. The expressive nose is now composed of full-on secondary aromas that include some sous-bois along with dried yellow orchard fruit and floral scents that include a hint of oxidation lurking in the background. There is good richness, concentration and volume to the delicious, round and quite supple flavors that still offer solid depth and length on the reasonably well-balanced finale. Those positive attributes duly noted, this is clearly tiring and I would be inclined to drink it sooner than later unless your taste runs to overtly post-mature whites.
