An expressive and attractively fresh nose combines notes of petrol, acacia, pear and a hint of wood. The sleekly muscular, intense and solidly concentrated flavors possess both good focus and punch before culminating in a rich, long and beautifully complex finish. While this is drinking relatively well now, for my taste it could still use another 2 to 5 years of cellar time first though I underscore that it would not be a minor vinous crime to enjoy a bottle now.
