A mild whiff of the exotic is present on the agreeably cool aromas of green apple, citrus rind, mineral reduction and pretty floral nuances. There is a lovely sense of underlying tension to the lightly stony middle weight flavors that conclude in a moderately dry yet oddly crisp finish that offers fine length. This isn't exactly typical yet it seems to work anyway.
