A ripe and fully mature nose that is now fully secondary exhibits notes of sous-bois and truffle along with confit of orchard fruit and citrus nuances leads to rich, full, concentrated and relatively powerful middle weight flavors that exude a fine minerality that continues onto the delicious, intense and mouth coating finish that offers excellent length. There is also plenty of underlying reserve and while this has arrived at its apogee, it should drink well for at least another decade, perhaps longer. Tasted twice recently with consistent notes.
