Good rather than great Coche Genevrieres. The dense texture is there. The concentration of green apple and lime fruit is good but not dazzling. It seems heavy handed for Genevrieres, which ideally displays more elegance. There's a bit too much acidity, especially when first poured. As often with Coche, it drinks better when slightly cool, not cold. I would hope more complexity comes with additional bottle age.
