A ripe and ever-so-vaguely exotic nose is comprised by notes of white peach, melon, acacia blossom and a whiff of grapefruit, all of which is trimmed in just enough wood to notice. The ultra-sleek, cool and refined medium-bodied flavors deliver outstanding depth and length on the overtly mineral-inflected, dry, clean and beautifully focused finale. This is a really lovely wine and while it will need to add depth as it ages, that should not present an issue.
