Purchased at auction. Capsule in tact. Cork was dried out. Popped and poured. Enjoyed over 3 hours - not much change from beginning to end. Gold in color. Oxidative/nutty, a bit of caramel, some honey, very minimal effervescence, but quite fresh and some tang on the back end. Long long finish. For light bubbles: pour one glass, rest, pour another. Bottle showed in line with others, per an experienced taster.
