allowed 3 hours bottle breath and enjoyed throughout a 4-hour dinner; initial aroma is interesting fruity -- very resemble to a young champagne, a lot of pineapple, apple and citrus; not ripe; on the palate, oak influence is quite significant at this stage; powerful but not focused acidity on 60s+ finish; creamy butter started to show around the end of the meal; not an outstanding one but a complex Montrachet; good QPR
