The festival of flavors is in full swing, and the rocket takes off: caramelized candied fruit, and a very powerful apricot. The wine is more solar, but with an acidity which gives it an insolent youth. Final more compact than the 1988, with pastry flavors like lemon tart, while the length, enormous, becomes saline. We are on a very surprising sweet / salty duality with this wine. The 1990 Collection is more rustic than the 1988 but it remains magnificent.
