A classic Vosne aromatic profile is redolent of an impressive array of spice elements along with notes of plum and violets. There is a seductive mouth feel to the rich, round and silky medium weight flavors that possess a mildly austere finish that is persistent but also a bit dry though as with the Bourgogne, it's possible that this is due to the abundant gas.
