Noticeable reduction detracts from the somewhat curious nose of citrus and straw that leads to rich, sweet and admirably delineated flavors that possess good mid-palate fat as well as overall concentration and impeccable balance on the solidly long finish. This may turn out well and it was certainly much more impressive from cask but I find the nose to be enough of an issue to temper my enthusiasm. Again, I would decant this.
