Here too there is plenty of sauvage character adding interest to the cool, attractively pure and distinctly earthy red and dark berry fruit aromas. There is a surprisingly seductive mouth feel to the sleekly muscular yet well-delineated flavors that possess very fine depth on the balanced and only slightly rustic finish. As the typical Mazoyères goes, this is notably finer than usual.
