Bottle breathe for 3 hours. Quite closed and spicy before breathing, but totally enjoyable afterwards. The nose is quite red Burgundy with hint of flower and red fruit. Quite elegant. The palate is powerful, with spice yet smooth and integrated. This is kind of mix of Burgundy + Rhone but not California Pinot. Very nice experience. Still young.
