There is a trace of reduction but it's not enough to hide the mildly exotic and overtly spicy yellow orchard fruit aromas. There is excellent precision and intensity to the seductively textured yet racy medium-bodied flavors that possess outstanding length and a refined mouth feel. This is really very good and for my taste, it has arrived at its peak drinkability though it should hold here for another 6 to 10 years, perhaps a little longer. Note that the most recent bottle was premoxed.
