Very focused but ripe nose displaying rich ripe yellow fruit, lemon curd, peach, sour apple, a hint of coche flint, light caramel, spicy spices and crushed rocks. Exceptional concentration, layers upon layers of decadent ripe yellow fruit, good focus and precision, bright acidity, strong mineral and a long ripe yellow fruit driven finish. With air, it gets fresher and also richer. This is slightly riper style of Coche Perrieres.
