Unlike many of the Maison offerings, this is much more approachable and less backward at the moment; Powerful aromas of truffle, anise cedar smoke, soy and celery salt/blood combination that make this much more intriguing and a hidden richness on the mouth that develops more with air time. In a good place right now. Good midpalate fat with a minty/herbal quality that is very fun and stylistic. Yum!
