It had been fully ten years since this beauty had last come my way and I'm very glad that it did as has really come into its own. Fully mature and wonderfully pure white flower fruit aromas combine with hints of ripe exotic fruit that are framed by a deft touch of oak. There is excellent density and intensity to the sappy and palate-soaking flavors that display more minerality than usual on the gorgeously long finish. While this is certainly a very rich wine, it is perhaps a bit less opulent than usual and I actually quite like the sense of linearity and racy finishing acidity.For my taste this has arrived at its peak though there is no rush to drink up.
